Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-10-05
Important: read this in full before using the service
WhatsApp (Meta) prohibits automated messaging in its Terms of Service, and there is a real possibility your number gets banned if unusual activity is detected. By using this service you acknowledge that you understand and fully accept this risk.
1. What the service is
We provide an API for sending verification codes over WhatsApp. Messages are sent from your own WhatsApp number after you link it to your account. We provide the technical infrastructure only; we neither own nor control your WhatsApp account.
2. Relationship with WhatsApp and Meta
This service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to WhatsApp or Meta in any way. Linking is done through the "Linked devices" feature of your own personal WhatsApp account.
WhatsApp's Terms prohibit automated and unsolicited messaging. Your use of this service may violate those Terms, and Meta may suspend or permanently ban your number or account without prior notice and without consulting us.
3. Disclaimer of liability
By using the service you expressly agree that:
- You alone are responsible for the number you link and the content of the messages you send.
- We are not liable for any ban, suspension or restriction of your number by WhatsApp or Meta, for any reason.
- We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from this, including service interruption, loss of customers, or any financial or reputational damage.
- The service is provided "as is" with no warranty of continued operation or message delivery.
- We do not guarantee delivery speed or delivery rates, as these depend on WhatsApp and on the state of your number.
4. Acceptable use
The following uses are strictly prohibited:
- Sending messages to people who did not request them (spam or bulk advertising).
- Fraud or impersonating another person or organisation.
- Any activity that violates Iraqi law.
- Reselling the service or sharing your API key with a third party without our written permission.
Violating this section results in immediate account suspension with no balance refund.
5. Reducing the risk of a ban
- Use a secondary number dedicated to the service, not your personal or main business number.
- Only send to users who requested a verification code themselves from your app.
- Start with a low daily volume and increase it gradually.
- An established number with a name and photo is less likely to be banned than a brand-new SIM.
6. Balance and payments
- Top-up balance is non-refundable in cash and remains on your account with no expiry date.
- Messages that genuinely fail to send are automatically refunded to your balance.
- A monthly subscription starts at activation, ends when its term ends, and is non-refundable and non-pausable.
- Payment gateway fees are added on top of the package price and are shown to you before you pay.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time; the version published on this page is the one in force. Continuing to use the service after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
